GearVision GearStation Fruit

The GearStation grape is a compact in-line solution for quality control of grapes in punnets. The easy-to-install and operate solution is installed in the existing logistics. The advanced Vision + AI software assesses the fruit in the punnet and decides whether the punnet is approved or rejected based on user-defined specifications.

The advanced AI software assesses the fruit in the punnet and decides whether to approve or reject it based on the specifications set by the user. This gives the operator flexibility in applying a quality profile for each order by setting sorting instructions as required.

The assessment of the punnets is presented in clear reports and dashboards. These reports can be expanded with the corresponding assessed images of the punnets in order to reduce claims and use new insights based on the data to optimise processes.
